Return and Exchange Service
(1) Respond to the buyer's return request within three working days.
(2) Support mail and other written communication on return and exchange of goods.
(3) Within one month after the arrival of the vessel at the port of destination, if the product and description are seriously inconsistent, the vessel may contact for refund.
(4) Within six months of arrival at the port of destination, the ship may contact for refund due to damage caused by functional problems of the product itself.
