European and American customers'testing requirements for sewing and sweater needle series products: Europe generally requires REACH testing (metal products are nickel-free, plastic products are lead-free, cadmium-free, heavy metals-free, PAH, o-benzene, textiles are azo-free); the United States generally requires to pass PROP65 testing (metal can pass 1% salt spray test for 8 hours, require nickel plating). Plastics require lead-free, heavy metal-free, PAH, o-phenyl; large South American guests such as AVON will require to pass the test requirements similar to PROP65, general small guests do not have test requirements;

Our products can be returned without reason within 2 weeks after arrival of the ship. We provide 6-month quality assurance. If complaints are made by customers due to quality problems, they will be confirmed by our verification.
